I Am YAHUWEH
Deuteronomy 32:39-43 9See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal: neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand. 40For I lift up my hand to heaven, and say, I live for ever. 41If I whet my glittering sword, and mine hand take hold on judgment; I will render vengeance to mine enemies, and will reward them that hate me. 42I will make mine arrows drunk with blood, and my sword shall devour flesh; and that with the blood of the slain and of the captives, from the beginning of revenges upon the enemy. 43Rejoice, O ye nations, with his people: for he will avenge the blood of his servants, and will render vengeance to his adversaries, and will be merciful unto his land, and to his people.
Isaiah 45 repeats this theme.
Isaiah 45:5-7I am Yahuweh, and there is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me: 6That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am Yahuweh, and there is none else. 7I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I Yahuweh do all these things. Amos 3:6 asks the question.
Isaiah 45:11 Thus saith Yahuweh, the Holy One of Israel, and his Maker, Ask me of things to come concerning my sons, and concerning the work of my hands command ye me.
This is none other than (Jesus) Yahushua speaking. He is the maker of Israel you and me the holy ones. New Covenant says He will write His laws on our heart. READ the rest of Isaiah 45

John 5:43 I am come in my Father’s name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.
John 5:22-24 For the Father judges no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son: 23That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honor not the Son honor not the Father which hath sent him. 24Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.
John 5:28-30 Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, 29And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation. 30I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.
Isaiah 45:15-17 Verily thou art a God that hides thyself, O God of Israel, the Saviour. 16They shall be ashamed, and also confounded, all of them: they shall go to confusion together that are makers of idols. 17But Israel shall be saved in the LORD with an everlasting salvation: ye shall not be ashamed nor confounded world without end.
Isaiah 45:24-25 Surely, shall one say, in Yahuweh have I righteousness and strength: even to him shall men come; and all that are incensed against him shall be ashamed.   25In Yahuweh shall all the seed of Israel be justified, and shall glory.
Yahushua is Yahuweh all evil is His creation for judgment to the world; correction to the Israel of God, fulfilling the New Covenant.
